Connect any web pages with Boomi Integration Components

Since I have begun with Boomi in 2019, I was looking for a convenient way how to document Boomi Components. Neither Note Shapes nor Process Descriptions were helpful in any way.

• I wanted to write documentation with my preferred tool, like Confluence, and

• I wanted to open my documentation directly from the Boomi Designer (navigate forth and back), and

• I wanted to edit side-by-side, and

• I wanted to link any web-page - incl. (Jira) tickets - to my components.

It took me five years, until I had got the idea how to solve this challenge. Now, that I have created Boomi Linked-Pages, I am using it every day with all my customers.

How it works

When you are on your component in Boomi Integration, click Boomi Linked-Pages and select the (documentation) page you want to open - simple as that.
