Recently I found an official Boomi document about Setting up IntelliJ to Test Groovy Code in Boomi

I recommend using different JAVA and Groovy versions than mentioned in this (old) article. In 2024, an ATOM uses JAVA 11 and AtomSphere uses Groovy v2.4.13.
