For the rendering of templates, the Boomi Console creates different types of datasets depending on which command is executed. The dataset is passed to the templates to be used as a source for rendering.

Templates have a hierarchy, means: there is (at least) a base dataset from which all other templates inherit: .

When running a command, the related dataset is written to the /logs directory. Find the some example*.dataset.json for each dataset type.
